Senator Burr Recognized as a Taxpayer Hero Yesterday, Senator Richard Burr (R-NC) was recognized as a Taxpayer Hero by the Council for Citizens Against Government Waste (CCAGW) for his “willingness to stand up for American taxpayers” during the 111th Congress.
