It seems to me that they should be using replacement costs when estimating the value of the weapons we are sending to Ukraine. I’m definitely not an accounting genius, but aren’t we, the taxpayers, going to have to pay the replacement cost when ordering new military weapons  to replace what we sent to Ukraine?  I
