The House Oversight Committee opened a probe in May to look into FEMA’s misuse of funds to “incentivize illegal immigration.  The Red Cross is identified as a facilitator.   Other sources show Red Cross takes the FEMA money and distributes it to NGO’s that support illegal migration to/in the US.
