London-based NatWest Bank has launched a new payment monitoring system to track customers’ purchases as part of a crackdown on the general public buying meat and dairy products.
The “carbon footprint tracker” we are told is going to tackle the alleged “climate crisis.”
The British multinational bank’s system monitors customers’ spending and scolds customers when they buy meat and dairy products.
The tracker issues alerts that warn customers their food purchases are causing “climate change.”
As part of NatWest’s smartphone banking app, users receive messages when they are caught buying traditionally farmed produce.

Kamala Harris is lying, only the president and not Congress can declare a border national emergency, re-establish the U.S.-Mexico Remain in Mexico agreement and Title 42 removals

On Oct. 6, Vice President Kamala Harris did an interview with CBS News’ 60 Minutes once again renewing her plea for Congress to bring back legislation it already rejected that would have allowed more than 1.4 million illegal alien entries per year while limiting the President’s authority to close the border, declaring, “we need Congress to be able to act to actually fix the problem…” As if the President under current law needed Congress to act, when the administration is already authorized at the Border Patrol and Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) level to police the border and expedite removals of illegal immigrants, and Trump had otherwise repurposed military spending to build the southern border wall under his national emergency declaration. As for closing the border, that’s easy, all the President has to do is restore title 42 removals that former President Donald Trump utilized during Covid—President Joe Biden ended it May 2023 — and by finishing the wall by restoring the national emergency Trump declared in 2019, which Biden also ended. And then, renegotiate Remain in Mexico with Mexico via an executive agreement the way Trump did it in 2019. Only a president can make agreements including treaties with other countries. Congress cannot act alone. Threaten massive tariffs. That’s what Trump did in 2019 — and it worked. All without any action by Congress per se, instead, by utilizing laws Congress already passed and the President’s Article II executive power to engage in foreign policy with other nations, Trump was able to deftly put in place policies that address the crisis in its proper context as a national

emergency including by building the wall out of military necessity. Why wait?

CBO: Medicaid Spending On Illegal Aliens Has Cost Taxpayers Over $16.2 Billion Under Open Border Czar Harris

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Last week, the nonpartisan Congressional Budget Office (CBO) released its analysis of the cost to taxpayers of Vice President Kamala Harris’ open border agenda on the Medicaid program. CBO estimates that the Biden-Harris Administration’s open border agenda cost federal and state taxpayers more than $16.2 billion to provide Medicaid-funded emergency services to illegal aliens since taking office. This is a staggering increase of 124% compared to the same period under the Trump Administration.

This analysis responds to a request from House Budget Committee Chairman Jodey Arrington (R-TX) calling on CBO to produce an analysis of Medicaid spending on emergency services for illegal aliens.

Chairman Arrington’s Statement:

“The Congressional Budget Office’s analysis confirms that the mass migration of illegal immigrants is costing billions of dollars to Medicaid – a program created to serve the health care needs of the most vulnerable Americans. This is on top of the executive action taken to provide $9 billion in Obamacare to illegal immigrants.

This Administration’s failure to secure the border not only brought millions of aliens unlawfully into the country but has also drained federal resources and disincentivized individuals from pursuing legal avenues for migration.

With over $16.2 billion flowing from federal and state governments’ coffers to pay for emergency services for illegal aliens, it is clear that Open Border Czar Vice President Harris’s failed border policies remain the greatest threat to both the United States’s national security and our economic standing.”

Red Cross culpability in using FEMA funds to support Illegal migrants

I went to Harris Teeter today and while they are asking customers if they want to round up to support Hurricane Helen victims, the money goes to the Red Cross.  I did a bit of research, knowing what I do about the Red Cross.  The irony is Red Cross is a FEMA partner and partially responsible for FEMA not having funds to support Hurricane Helen relief.
 
The House Oversight Committee opened a probe in May to look into FEMA’s misuse of funds to “incentivize illegal immigration.  The Red Cross is identified as a facilitator.   Other sources show Red Cross takes the FEMA money and distributes it to NGO’s that support illegal migration to/in the US.

U.S. DISASTER RELIEF

 

Helene tore through western North Carolina, dumping extreme rainfall (up to 2 feet) and causing terrible flash flooding. Some parts of the area are in ruins. We are providing relief in the mountains of Watauga County, North Carolina—home to Samaritan’s Purse international headquarters in the town of Boone. The town and surrounding communities have been particularly hard-hit with toppled trees, flooding, road damage, and a lack of power and water. This response extends to include neighboring counties in North Carolina (Ashe, Avery) and eastern Tennessee (Johnson), and our church base is Alliance Bible Fellowship in Boone.

Southwest of Boone, rivers also raged outside their banks causing widespread destruction in the Asheville, North Carolina, area. Long stretches of interstate artery I-40 are shut down, after sections washed out. Our response there is focused on Buncombe County, which includes Asheville, Black Mountain, Montreat, and Swannanoa. Our base is the Billy Graham Training Center at The Cove

(The Center Square) – The U.S. House Oversight Committee is investigating why the Federal Communications Commission fast-tracked a deal that allowed a billionaire Democratic donor to buy a wide swath of American radio stations just weeks before the presidential election.

The major radio company Audacy Inc. fell into financial straits, but through a complex business deal, Democratic mega-donor and billionaire George Soros has gained control of the stations. Deals of this size require FCC approval, but in this case the FCC expedited the approval process.

FCC Commissioner Brendan Carr raised concerns about the deal at a Congressional hearing, telling lawmakers that “… the FCC is not following its normal process for reviewing a transaction.”

ASSOCIATED PRESSI walked away from the Democratic Party and joined the Republicans.

I will vote for Donald Trump for president.

I’ve been a true-blue Democrat, a former California state senator who chaired its Senate Democratic Caucus and served as Senate Majority Leader.

I was a Democratic National Convention delegate for Jesse Jackson and Barack Obama, and state co-chair for President Obama’s re-election.

But I’ve said goodbye, adios, I’ve had enough.  

This is not the Democratic Party I once championed. I don’t recognize it anymore.

The so-called “party of democracy” eradicated 14 million votes, including mine, to install Vice President Kamala Harris as its nominee.  

Like a banana republic, the dedazo was used by political elites to tap the candidate they chose.  Essentially, they executed a political coup. 

As California’s attorney general, Harris was unimpressive.

She made an intentional choice to hitch herself to the powerful teachers’ union and was clearly being coddled by a power elite that was even then shaping her political future.

Her manipulated rise is in line with the Democratic Party’s giant leap toward authoritarianism and censorship.  

President Ronald Reagan warned that if fascism comes to America it will come as liberalism, and he was right: I have witnessed individual freedoms being trapped, silenced, censored.
